After The Break: TV Reviews

Television shows have become more than just something we watch at home in regularly scheduled time slots.  DVR, TiVo, Hulu, Netflix, and a host of other devices have changed the way we watch TV.  You watch it at your leisure, in marathons, in clips on Youtube, in posts on Tumblr, but one thing has remained the same – you endlessly discuss with friends what was funny, what was touching, and what was outright terrible on your favorite shows.

To quote a fictional TV icon, President Bartlet of “The West Wing,” “What’s Next?”  The discussion shouldn’t die out at simply the viewing or quick conversation phase.  We at The Highlighter want to keep the discussion moving forward.

Because of that love of TV, every week we will be reviewing a number of this season’s newest shows. The reviews aren’t meant to be the final word on each episode, however; we welcome comments and thoughts on the episodes and reviews from everyone reading.  Speak directly to the reviewers, pose questions for anyone to answer, and join in on the conversation however you want.

We hope you’ll follow along and express your views on each episode as well.

Clear Eyes. Full Hearts. Can’t Lose.
